2. Quality Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our restoration work. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our restoration:

  • We will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost
  • If we cannot meet your expectations after revisions, we will provide a full refund
  • All revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon turnaround times (without prior notice)
  • Technical errors on our part that prevent delivery
  • Service cancellation before work begins

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after work has been completed
  • Dissatisfaction with original photo quality or content
  • Requests for changes beyond the original scope of work
  • Delays caused by client unavailability or delayed feedback

5. Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only a portion of the work is unsatisfactory. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly to you.

7. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:

  • Request revisions to address specific concerns
  • Provide detailed feedback about what needs to be changed
  • Allow us the opportunity to make things right

We include unlimited revision requests in all our packages to ensure your complete satisfaction.
