1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Timeless Memories services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Timeless Memories provides professional photo restoration services including but not limited to:

  • Color restoration and enhancement
  • Damage repair (scratches, tears, stains)
  • Colorization of black and white photos
  • Digital archiving and enhancement
  • Framing services (where applicable)

3. Order Process

When placing an order:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must own or have permission to restore the photos
  • Payment must be made in full before work begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content

4. Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround times are:

  • Single Photo Revival: 24-48 hours
  • Memory Collection: 3-5 days
  • Legacy Album: 5-7 days
  • Express Service: 24 hours (additional charges apply)

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original photos. We retain the right to use restored images for portfolio purposes unless you specifically request otherwise. We will never use your photos for commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms:

  • Payment is due in full before work begins
  • We accept UPI payments only
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • No refunds for completed work unless quality issues are identified

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our restoration work. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost. If we cannot meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
